Berinjela Recheada
ingredientes:
5 berinjelas de tamanho médio
1/2 k de carne moida ( estou usando patinho)
200g de mussarela
3 colheres(sopa) de queijo parmezão ralado
1 dente de alho
3 tomates grandes ( sem pele)
1 caldo de carne ( knnor)
1/2 cebola picadinha
Modo de fazer:
Lave as berinjelas, corte ao meio, coloque em uma travessa com agua e sal e reserve ....
refogue a carne com alho, cebola, caldo knnor até que doure bem, depois acrescente os tomates ( sem pele triturados ou picados)
e deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos ...
retire a berinjela da agua e com uma colher de sopa, va retirando o miolo da berinjela ...triture o miolo da berinjela e adcione na carne moide ( não use todo o miolo, só a metade) ...
Numa agua fervente com sal, vá colocando as berinjelas para amolecer , uns 3 minutos no máximo...retire e escorra as berinjelas....arrume as metades numa forma refratária ( como barcos) e recheie com a carne moida misturada ao miolo da berinjela....coloque por cima queijo ralado e em cada uma coloque uma mussarela ...
Leve ao forno por 15 minutos ou até que gratine o queijo......Pronto!!!!...

Stuffed Eggplant
Ingredients:
5 medium sized eggplants
1 / 2 k of minced meat (I'm using KNUCKLE)
200g mozzarella
3 tbsp (tablespoons) grated cheese parmezão
1 clove garlic
3 large tomatoes (peeled)
1 broth (knnor)
1 / 2 onion, chopped
Preparation:
Wash the eggplants, cut in half, place in a bowl with water and salt and set aside ....
saute the meat with garlic, onion, broth knnor until lightly browned and then add tomatoes (peeled, chopped or crushed)
and simmer for 10 minutes ...
Remove the eggplant from water and a soup spoon, removing the core va ... eggplant mash the pulp of the eggplant in it and add ground meat (do not use the pulp, only half) ...
In boiling salted water, go put the eggplant to soften, about 3 minutes maximum ... remove and drain the eggplant halves .... arrange an ovenproof dish (like boats) and fill with chopped meat mixed with kernels of eggplant .... sprinkle grated cheese and place one in each of mozzarella ...
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese Bake ...... Ready !!!!...
