São 9:34 am e as panelas já estão chiando aqui em casa!!!....
o menu de hoje é charutinho de repolho, salada de beterraba, arroz e feijão!!
essa comida é muito energética , porque o repolho é uma fonte de energia!!!!!!
Para esta receita vamos precisar de :
1 repolho médio
1/2 k de carne moida
2 tomates ( inteiros passados na centrifuga)
2 caldos de carne ( desses que voce consegue dissolver tipo em pó)
1 cebola( picada)
1 dente de alho ( amassado)
1/2 xicara de arroz cru( sem cozinhar)
sal
pimenta ( se voce gosta)pode ser pimenta siria se vc gostar!!( é pimenta do reino branca com canela)
coloque a carne moida em uma travessa , adcione a cebola bem picada, o alho amassado, o arroz cru, 1 caldo de carne dissolvido , e misture bem usando suas mãos ...
Retire as folhas do repolho e coloque uma por uma em agua préviamente fervida, as folhas pequenas ( o miolo do repolho) coloque inteiro na agua fervente ....
Quando estiver macia...( não muito cozida , pois ela desmancha), desligue o fogo e retire as folhas em um escorredor para esfriar....quando estiverem frias, vá montando os charutos um por um ...
Abra a folha do repolho, com uma colher de sopa ponha uma boa quantidade de carne, vá enrolando no formato de um charuto mesmo ..as pontas dobre para dentro de modo que a carne não saia...segue a foro do passo a passo ...
Numa Panela funda e grande coloque um pouco de azeite um pouco de cebola picada na centrifuga , deixe amolecer um pouco e coloque os dois tomates batidos na centrifuga ....acrescente um caldo de carne ...
uando estiver fervendo, vá colocando um por um os charutos ...não mecha mais !!!!acrescente um pouco de agua fervente se necessario....por cima coloque as folhas pequenas que sobraram do repolho ..formando uma coberta ...fogo baixo, no inicio tampe a panela ( para cozinhar no bafo) ..e depois retire a tampa para secar o molho ( não totalmente!!) esperimente o sal, se faltar coloque mais um pouco .....
Salada de Beterraba !!!
Cozinhe as beterrabas com casca em agua , uma pitada de sal e uma pitada de açucar....
depois de cozidasmais ou menos uns 15 minutos na panela de pressão, deixe esfriar, descasque ( com uma faca ...e corte em rodelas ......coloque em uma travessa de salada, tempere com azeite, sal, cheiro verde, cebola em rodelas, coloque ovos cozidos para acompanhar!!!!!
e pronto seu almoço de terça- feira esta pronto!!!!!!

Are 9:34 am and the pots are already simmering at home !!!....
the menu today is cigar cabbage, beet salad, rice and beans!
this food is very energetic, because the cabbage is a source of energy !!!!!!
For this recipe we will need:
1 medium cabbage
1 / 2 k of minced meat
2 tomatoes (whole centrifuge in the past)
2 broths (those kind that you can dissolve powder)
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 cup uncooked rice (uncooked)
salt
pepper (if you like) can be siria pepper if you like! (it's white pepper and cinnamon)
place the chopped meat in a dish, later add the onion,uncooked rice, finely chopped, crushed garlic, 1 dissolved bouillon and mix well using your hands ...
Remove cabbage leaves and place one by one into water previously boiled, small leaves (the core of cabbage) in the whole place boiling water ....
When soft ... (not too cooked, as it cut up), turn off heat and remove the leaves in a colander to cool .... when they are cold, go riding cigars one by one ...
Open the cabbage leaf with a tablespoon put a good amount of meat, go winding in the shape of a cigar .. even bend the ends inward so that the meat does not leave the court to follow ... step by step ...
In a large deep pot and put a little olive oil a little chopped onion in the centrifuge, let it soften a bit and put the two balls hit on a spin .... add broth ...
put all cigars in a pan and dont shake it anymore , let it cook !!!!! add a little boiling water if necessary .... put up by the small leaves of cabbage left over forming a cover .. .. . low heat, cover the pan at the beginning (to cook in the breath) .. and then remove the lid to dry the sauce (not quite!) salt give it a try, if lacking a little place .....
Beet Salad!
Cook beets in water with peel, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar ....
cozidasmais or less after 15 minutes in a pressure cooker, let cool, peel (with a knife and slice ... ...... place in a bowl of salad, season with olive oil, salt, parsley, onion into slices, put boiled eggs to accompany !!!!!
and ready for lunch Tuesday is ready !!!!!!
