Bolinho de chuva.....para o lanche ( Cookie rain.......... for snack) translated into English by the end=^.~=

Receita enviada pelo meu irmão!!!!!

Olá meninas!!!!!!!!

 Meu irmão mais velho me enviou essa receita hoje ....com foto e tudo!!!!!( viram????...os meninos também sabem cozinhar ...e muito bem ....meus sobrinhos que o digam !!!!...)...bora lá ...vamos fazer Bolinho de chuva pra curtir a tarde com café !!!!



ingredientes:

2 ovos inteiros
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar
1 pitada de sal
2 xicaras de farinha de trigo
1 xicara de fubá
1 xicara de leite
1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó
2 bananas cortadas em rodelas
óleo para fritar


Modo de fazer:

em uma tijela  bata as claras em neve , acrescente as gemas e continue batendo....coloque as duas colheres de açúcar, misture bem ......vá adcionando a farinha e o fubá alternando com o leite , até formar uma massa consistente que dê para fritar a colheradas.....por fim , coloque a colher de sopa de fermento em pó ....
Aqueça o óleo numa frigideira funda , bastante óleo ( depois você pode aproveitar  para outra fritura ...na verdade o óleo pode ser usado apenas 2 vezes ....*0.o*)
Na hora de fritar, pegue as bananas cortadas em rodelas e adcione na massa ...em cada bolinho vai uma banana.......vocÊ mistura  bem com 2 colheres use-as para formar o bolinho ( fica um pouco  mole...mas é normal)....frite  de 4 em 4 ...ele mesmo vira ...ponha em papel toalha para absorver ....depois polvilhe  açúcar e canela em pó .......
Agora é só degustar essa delicia!!!!!!!!

Cookie rain.......... for snack

Hello girls !!!!!!!!


 My older brother sent me this recipe today .... with photo and everything !!!!!( ????... saw the boys can cook very well ... and that my nephews .... Although there !!!!...)... say ... let's make Cookie rain to enjoy the afternoon with coffee!!






Ingredients:


2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
A pinch of salt
2 cups flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 bananas sliced
oil for frying




Preparation:

in a bowl beat the egg whites, add yolks and continue beating .... put the two tablespoons of sugar, mix well ...... go Added cornmeal and flour alternately with milk until it forms a consistent giving the spoon to fry ..... eventually put the tablespoon of baking powder ....
Heat oil in a skillet deep, enough oil (then you can take to another ... in fact the frying oil can be used only 2 times ....* 0.o *)
At the time of frying, get sliced bananas in it and add in each cookie dough ... a banana ....... You will blend well with two spoons use them to form the cookie (slightly soft. .. but it is normal ).... fry 4 on 4 ... he saw ... put on paper towel to absorb .... then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon .......
