bolinho de arroz
ingredientes :
Arroz pronto ( cozido ) normalmente uso o arroz que fiz um dia antes ...
1 ovo
cheiro verde
2 colheres de sopa de queijo ralado
1 xicara de leite
4 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo
sal a gosto
1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
óleo para fritar
( a farinha e o leite vão variar dependendo da quantidade de arroz que você usar para fazer os bolinhos )...
esta minha medida é equivalente a 2 pratos de arroz cozido ( prato cheio)
Modo de fazer:
em uma travessa , coloque o arroz, amasse bem com o garfo, acrescente o leite , misture bem , adcione o ovo inteiro e misture , coloque o sal, cheiro verde , queijo ralado e a farinha de trigo ...
forma uma massa própria para fritar a colheradas , por ultimo acrescente o fermento ...misture bem
faça os bolinhos na medida em que você vai fritando ....
suflé de couve flor
cozinhe a couve flor em agua e sal ...( reserve)
à parte faça um creme com 4 xicaras de leite , 3 colheres de sopa de maizena( amido de molho) , sal 2 gemas e manteiga ( colher de sopa)
leve a manteiga ao fogo , acrescente o leite misturado com a maizena ( amido de milho) , as gemas e o sal....misture bem até formar um creme ( sem parar de misturar) , quando o creme estiver pronto , acrescente o queijo ralado , em uma forma untada com manteiga coloque uma camada do creme , uma camada de couve flor , creme , e couve flor ...as claras batidas em neve voce vai intercalando nas camadas , coloque no forno e espere dourar ....
eu fiz também bisteca de porco e tutu de feijão ...hihi...não fico sem carne .....e claro arroz ...( branco e integral)
