bom ...tenho que me desculpar , mas estive muito atarefada ...curtindo o final de semana ...tantas coisas .....encontrei um amigo da adolescencia ....fiquei nas nuvens ....muito bom reencontrar quem nos faz bem , não ??......bom ....no sábado pela manhã viajamos para Santos ....para quem não sabe Santos é uma cidade litorânea de São paulo ...litoral sul ....uma cidade muito bacana ...e com ótimos restaurantes ...bom nós almoçamos no restaurante Olimpia que fica na praia José menino .....
Comemos lá Rizoto à Guarapari ... vejam a fotinhu ^^
no Domingo fizemos muqueca de peixe (garoupa) e bolinho de camarão .....aqui vai a receitinha !
Ingredientes muqueca e do pirão :
1k de postas de garoupa ....pode usar também postas de bacalhau ...( fresco)
2 tomates picados , sem pele
1 cebola picada
caldo de um limão
1/2 k de camarões graudos
meio pimentão vermelho picado
meio pimentão verde picado
sal a gosto
1 vidro pequeno de leite de coco
azeite
1 xicara de farinha de mandioca
Modo de fazer :
tempere as postas com sal e limão
No azeite doure as cebolas, acrescente os tomates , deixe refogar ...
acrescente as postas de peixe cubra com um pouco d'agua e deixe cozinhar por alguns minutos ( sem misturar) ...
coloque o leite de coco e deixe o caldo engrossar um pouco, coloque os camarões e em seguida os pimentões picados ...
destampe a panela para evaporar a agua ...
Retire as postas e os camarões arrumando-as em um refratario ...coloque um pouco do molho por cima ....
Esta pronta a sua muqueca ....
No caldo que sobrou na panela , acrescente uma colher de café de sal ....fogo baixo , e vá colocando a farinha de mandioca aos poucos misturando sempre .....
até que se forme o pirão ( fica transparente ) ...
sirva o pirão em uma travessa pequena para acompanhar o peixe ...
Bolinhos de Camarão :
Ingredientes :
1/2 k de camarão cinza , graudo
sal a gosto
limão
1 ovo
1 xicara de farinha de trigo
1 colher de cha de fermento em pó
cheiro verde
1/2 cebola bem picadinha
óleo para fritar
Modo de fazer:
Limpe bem os camarões , lave em agua corrente , escorra bem ...
tempere com sal e limão ...
reserve
Numa travessa funda , bata o ovo inteiro , coloque uma colher de sopa de agua no ovo e continue batendo , adcione a farinha de trigo e vá misturando até formar uma massa consistente ...acrescente sal o fermento , a cebola batidinha e o cheiro verde ...
misture bem e verifique o tempero ...
coloque os camarões nessa massa , e misture tudo ...
vá fritando a colheiradas ....um a um os camarões ...
escorra em papel toalha ...
estão prontos os bolinhos de camarão!!!
Não esqueça de fazer um arroz branco para acompanhar ....
