Ingredientes :
1 k de abóbora cortada em cubos ( abóbora de pescoço)
sal a gosto
1 pitada de açucar
cheiro verde ( salsinha)
1/2 cebola picadinha
Modo de fazer:
descasque a abóbora e corte em cubos , coloque numa panela com 1/4 de copo de agua ..tampe a panela e coloque para cozinhar ..( fique atento ...ela cria agua , mas fique de olho para que ela não seque )
quando estiver cozida amasse com um garfo ....até ficar um purê ...em uma panela a parte , refogue a cebola em um fio de óleo, acrescente o purê de abóbora , misture bem ...deixe refogar por mais 5 minutos com o sal e o açúcar , desligue o fogo, acrescente o cheiro verde e esta pronto seu quibebe....
Acompanha bem , qualquer tipo de carne ....arroz e feijão ....fica delicioso também com carne moida e linguiça ....aqui em casa é sucesso absoluto ....
lave um maço de espinafre, coloque em uma panela com um pouco de agua ( 1/4 de copo) abafe com a tampa da panela e deixe cozinhar por 3 minutos aproximadamente ...até murchar as folhas =)
após o cozimento coloque ele em uma tábua de picar legumes e pique bastante até ficar bem batidinho ..
na mesma panela em que você cozinhou , coloque uma colher de sopa de manteiga , adcione a cebola e quando ela estiver vitrificada ( cozida ..não frita ) adcione o espinafre ...refogue por uns 2 minutos adcione sal ,faça a parte um copo de leite com uma colher de farinha de trigo ou maizena ( amido de milho) ..e despeje sobre o espinafre ....misture até cozinhar e virar um creme ...desligue o fogo e esta pronto teu creme de espinafre !!!
Além dos vegetais fiz uma carne assada ...igual aquela que comemos na semana passada ...lagarto na panela de pressão ....um beijo a todas ....aproveitem o dia ....
