Bacalhau a Gomes de sá
Ingredientes:
1k de bacalhau dessalgado e desfiado
1k de batatas descascadas e cortadas em rodelas
4 ovos cozidos
200g de azeitonas pretas( portuguesa)
1 pimentão cortado em cubinhos pequenos
2 cebolas grandes cortadas em rodelas
1/2 maço de salsinha picada
azeite de oliva
1 dente de alho fatiado bem fino
Modo de fazer:
Numa panela funda e grande ( caçarola) coloque o azeite 1/2 xicara ...
adcione a cebola , e refogue até ficar transparente
em seguida alterne as camadas entre o bacalhau e as batatas ,
adcione o alho ...feche a panela deixe cozinhar , sem misturar...
a batata não pode cozinhar demais , ela tem que ficar ao dente ..cozida , mas não derretendo ...
quando estiver pronta ( cozida) , adcione o pimentão picado e desligue o fogo ....
Numa Travessa refratária ( pirex) coloque o bacalhau com as batatas....
adcione o cheiro verde picado ...salpicando ....sobre o bacalhau ...
Coloque no forno médio por mais ou menos 20 minutos ...
retire do forno ...coloque azeite, as azeitonas e os ovos cozidos cortados em rodelas grossas...
Pronto para servir!!!!!
acompanha Arroz branco uma salada com legumes cozidos ...

Preparation:
