Ingredientes:
1 k de coxão duro cortado em bifes finos temperado com sal e alho e cheiro verde picado
bacon cortado em tirinhas finas
cenoura cortada em tiras finas
cebola cortada em rodels
pimentão cortado em tiras
palitos de dente para prender a carne
agua quente ( fervente)
Modo de fazer:
pegue um bife ...abra na taboa de carne ...e recheie com um pedaço de bacon , cebola, cenoura e pimentão ...enrole formando um cilindro e prenda as pontas com palito de dente ....
faça isso com todos os bifes ....
Numa panela de pressão coloque um pouco de óleo ...deixe esquentar e vá fritando os bifes até dourar ....
coloque todos eles dentro da panela para fritar...
se precisar ...vá pingando agua quente ..
quando estiverem dourados por igual ...acrescente a agua ..e tampe a panela deixando cozinhar de 15 a 20 minutos ...após a panela pegar pressão .....fique atenta !!
quando você abrir a panela , se ainda tiver muito caldo... volte com a panela para o fogo ...( panela sem tampa) e deixe a carne ir secando o molho até formar um molho grosso ....desligue o forno ...acondicione os bifes em um refratario e sirva !!!

Preparation:

Do this with all the steaks ....
In a pressure cooker put a little oil ... let heat and fry the steaks until brown ....
put them all into the pressure cooker ...
if you need ... .. dripping hot water
when they are evenly golden ... .. add the water and cover the pan and cook 15 to 20 minutes ... after the catch pan pressure ..... attention in it!
when you open the pot, if you still have much juice ... return to pan to the fire ... (pan without lid) and let the meat go dry the sauce until it forms a thick sauce .... turn off the oven ... the steaks are wrapped in a dish and serve!
