Essa empresa é a Nestlè, sabado passado meus pais compraram uma lata de 2 litros de sorvete em uma rede de supermercados e quando chegaram em casa o sorvete estava derretido e recongelado ...ou seja havia perdido a textura que ele tem ...ficamos muito tristes ..as crianças estavam loucas para comer sorvete...
esperei até segunda-feira e liguei no SAC da Nestlè.....
fui muito bem atendida, olharam meu cadastro anotaram o problema , me explicaram ...sem comentários ...
um atendimento 5 estrelas da central de atendimento ao consumidor ....
Hoje recebi do correio uma carta registrada com urgencia , para sanar o problema do sorvete ..eles enviaram uma carta me agradecendo pela comunicação , e vales para compras no valor pago pelo sorvete ...e uma lista onde eu poderia fazer a compra do novo sorvete com os vales ( tudo pertinho de casa)
Me senti gente!!!
Agradeço a esta empresa , que trata a nós com o respeito e a consideração que merecemos ...
é por esta razão que a Nestlè é essa empresa grande e respeitada ....
