Farofa de Carne Seca:
Ingredientes :
1/2k de carne seca ( preferencia traseira, porque é menos gordurosa)
Salsinha
1 pimentão vermelho
1 pimentão verde
1 cebola grande
1 dente de alho
uma tira de bacon aproximadamente 30g
1 1/2 xicara deFarinha de milho flocada
2 ovos cozidos
azeitonas
Modo de fazer:
Ferva a carne seca, para tirar o sal ...umas 2 vezes( trocando a agua) , ou então deixe de molho de um dia para o outro ...
Cozinhe na panela de pressão até que fique bem macia a carne ...desfie a carne .
Em uma panela funda, refogue a cebola , o alho, o tomate o pimentão, a carne seca ,o bacon defumado, coloque a farinha de milho misture bem , desligue o fogo , acrescente os ovos cozidos e picados , o cheiro verde e as azeitonas .....
é uma aperitivo...e um ótimo acmpanhamento para a cervejinha de sexta no happy hour....
