Ingredientes :
1 k de sobrecoxa
1 pimentão ( picado)
1 cebola ( picada)
2 tomates ( picados )
sal a gosto
um caldo de galinha ( knnor)
suco de um limão
1 colher de sopa de coloral
Modo de fazer:
Tempere o frango com limão e sal , em uma caçarola funda , coloque óleo e frite bem os pedaços de frango ...
Acrescente a cebola e o tomate picados , refogue ...vá pingando agua para que o frango cozinhe , quando estiver quase cozido , adcione o pimentão e o coloral...abaixe o fogo , tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar , vigiando sempre ....
( se precisar coloque mais agua ...aos poucos .......e fervendo) ...desligue o fogo ...e sirva em uma travessa ( pirex )
