Só hoje me dei conta disso .....a minha princesinha agora é uma adolescente linda ...fofonuta da mamãe!!!...que corujice não??bora falar da comida!!!!!! ...
hoje o menu é purê de mandioquinha , filé de frango e legumes cozidos no vapor ....
purê de mandioquinha :
Ingredientes:
1k de mandioquinha ( descascadas e cortadas em rodelas grandes)
1 colher de sopa bem cheia de manteiga
1/2 copo de leite
1 caldo knnor de galinha , ou sal a gosto ...
com o caldo de galinha fica muito saboroso ...dá um toque especial
Modo de fazer:
descasque a mandioquinha , cozinhe em um pouco de agua , adcione o caldo knnor
depois de cozidas ( bem macias) amasse com um garfo , sem jogar fora a agua ...( deve ser pouca agua )
veja se a consistencia do purê esta boa ...adcione o leite aos poucos, misturando sempre...adcione a manteiga , e volte com o purê para o fogo ....fogo baixo, e sempre misturando ...
está pronto o teu purê ...
Filé de frango :
Ingredientes:
A quantidade de pessoas é a quntidade de filés de frango que você vai precisar ...aqui em casa são 5
tempere com sal a gosto
não adciono nenhum tempero ...apreciamos o sabor do filé ......
Modo de fazer:
Em uma frigideira , adcione um fio de óleo , e vá fritando os filés um a um ....
até que dourem .....
se gostar , pode adcionar um pouco de molho shoyo no final ...para dar uma corzinha e um sabor diferente , fica uma delicia ....
Acompanha o arroz com feijão de todo dia ...
