Bistecas de porco ao forno
Ingredientes :
Bistecas de porco ( a quantidade fica a criterio de cada um ...eu estou fazendo 6 unidades)
Sal a gosto
Suco de um limão
papel aluminio ( para cobrir)
Modo de preparo:
coloque as bistecas em uma travessa e esfregue sal em cada uma ...regue com o suco de limão e deixe descansar por 5 minutos ....
Arrume as bistecas em uma assadeira grande adcione o caldo temperado em que elas estavam marinando ...e cubra com o papel aluminio...coloque no forno médio e deixe cozinhar
....após 20 minutos retire o papel aluminio e deixe dourar ( pode aumentar a temperatura do forno)
Não deixe secar demais ...a carne pode ficar dura....quando estiverem bem douradas , retire do forno, coloque em umatravessa decorada com limões !!!!...e bom apetite!!!
Ervilha torta
Ingredientes :
300g de ervilhas tortas frescas
1/2 cebola picada
1 dente de alho amassado
1 tomate sem pele e sem sementes
sal a gosto
(ovos) ..a quantidade de ovos varia pela quantidade de pessoas que vão almoçar ....
Modo de fazer:
Numa panela funda, refogue a cebola em um pouco de óleo , o alho, e o tomate picado...deixe ferver e coloque as ervilas lavadas e limpas.....( sem a fibra)
acrescente um pouco de agua fervida e tampe para cozinhar no bafo ....
demora no máximo 5 minutos ....( não deixe secar ...fogo baixo)
antes de secar ...vá colocando os ovos um a um ( que foram abertos previamente) ...
acrescente mais sal se necessário e abafe até os ovos cozinharem ...( ovos poche)
espere até que os ovos estejam bem cozidos e está pronto!!!!!!

Batatas a doré:
descasque a quantidade que quiser de batatas e cozinhe em agua e sal .....
Não deixe cozinhar muito....
em uma frigideira coloque bastante óleo e deixe esquentar bem ....
Frite as batatas até que fiquem bem douradas , seque em papel toalha ...e sirva !!!!

1 / 2 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 tomato, peeled and seeded
Salt to taste
(Eggs) .. the number of eggs varies with the amount of people who go to lunch ....
Preparation:
In a deep pot, saute the onion in a little oil, garlic, chopped tomatoes and simmer ... and place the washed and cleaned ervilia .....( no fiber)
add a little boiled water and cover to cook in the breath ....
takes a maximum of 5 minutes ....( not let it dry low heat ...)
... go dry before putting the eggs one by one (which were previously open) ...
