INGREDIENTS
1 cup (tea) butter
3 eggs
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 and a half cups of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup of frozen red fruit
wheat flour for sprinkling
How to do:
👨🏻🍳 In an electric mixer, beat the butter with the eggs and sugar until you get a fluffy cream.Turn off, add the flour, milk and yeast and mix well until smooth.
🍭 Sprinkle the berries with a little flour and mix in the dough.
🥧 Place the dough in paper cups (No. 0) inside the cupcake pan.
🍪 Place in a medium-high oven (200 ° C), preheated, for about 30 minutes or until golden.

1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
2 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons of milk at room temperature
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Add the sugar until fluffy (it will beat about 6-8 minutes).
Add the milk and vanilla and beat until combined. Replace the wire whisk in the mixer with the paddle and beat for another 5 minutes.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes and use as desired.
