hoje no supermercado levamos um susto ..a carne esta 15% mais cara ....
resolvi usar uma carne de 2° e fazer um prato delicioso...uma carne de panela com batatas
....
bom , como não adianta se queixar ...bora lá fazer o almoço!!!!
Carne de panela com batatas:
1 cebola
1 dente de alho
1 pimentão
1 tomate sem pele
1k de carne de segunda , cortada em cubos ( estou usando peito) meu açougueiro limpou bem a carne ...deixou sem nenhuma gordura
5 batatas descascadas e cortadas em cubos
salsinha picadinha
Modo de fazer::
pique a cebola, o pimentão e o tomate , amasse o alho , ( reserve)
em uma panela grande coloque a carne em cubos para fritar e quando estiver dourada , adcione os temperos ....a cebola, o pimentão o tomate, o alho ....misture bem ....adcione as batatas cortadas em cubos , e a salsinha ...coloque um pouco de agua quente , até mais ou menos a linha da carne ....tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar por aproximadamente 20 minutos , é o tempo que a carne precisa para ficar macia ....
normalmente eu cozinho 1° a carne , depois adciono as batatas , mas hoje tenho pressa ..então foi tudo junto ....
serve bem com o arroz e feijão de todo dia meninas ....
